Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Most orders arrive within:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- International: 10-20 business days (where available)

Tracking Your Order

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Better & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
